笠頂山（排灣語：Kakiqatan），又名笠置山，是臺灣中央山脈南段支稜上的山峰，位於屏東縣瑪家鄉佳義村內，鄰近東港溪，海拔656.8公尺，為臺灣小百岳之一。山區全為次生的闊葉林，主要源於過往的造林地與排灣族部落的農地。山頂立有日治時期的三等三角點，另於南方稜線上立有戰後臺灣省政府的圖根補點。該山因易於造訪，攀登者眾，為屏東地區最具代表性的郊山。
